Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, Chef Marco Herrera cooks Mexican-American food that represents his lived experience as a Mexican-American and 1st generation immigrant. His food is bright, vibrant, and follows the seasons. He has worked in a variety of restaurants across various types of cuisines and currently serves as a chef Et Al. Et Al is a collaborative of chefs working collectively to build a more equitable future for the food and beverage industry in Tulsa by providing genuine and delicious food for all people.
