Our next edition of Lunch Bunch is with Leket Israel, the National Food Bank of the State of Israel. Their focus is repurposing healthy, surplus food and delivering it to those in need through partner nonprofit organizations. In 2024, Leket donated 33,340 tons of 100% healthy and nutritious food! Leket’s Regional Director of U.S. Development, Sally Poolat, will be in Tulsa to tell us more about the organization’s work.
