Calling all community members over 21 to join us for a special Israeli Wine & Food Tasting Dinner for Yom Ha’Atzmaut. We joined forces with the experienced Chef Aaron B. Ware from OSU Institute of Technology Culinary Arts to curate a unique dinner just for you. Every dish will be paired with an Israeli wine along with first-hand stories about its origins that will make you feel like you’re really there. Join us for a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Israel Independence. Vegetarian and non-alcoholic options available. Come savor the vibrant flavors of the region and immerse yourself in the essence of a land abundant with milk and honey. This program is $36 per person and includes dinner & wine pairings.

Each table will have: 

Za’atar bread, marinated olives, schug, and carrot salad

Mocktail drink option – pomegranate ginger spritzer

First Course- Golan Heights

Beet carpaccio with date almond filling and a lemon pomegranate micro green salad

Wine: Mount Hermon White

Second Course- Tel Aviv

Salmon fish pie with creamy béchamel, pea foam and roasted greens
Wine: Mount Hermon Red

Third Course- Jerusalem

Roasted Shakshuka stuffed eggplants with pine nuts and parsley
Wine: Recanati Yasmin White

Fourth Course- Jaffa/Akko

Halva fried ice cream with orange water simple syrup
Drink: a shot of Razzouk Arak
