Lunch Bunch with Kellyn Register from the Gathering Place

Our speaker for this month’s program is Kellyn Register from the Gathering Place—rated the best city park in the country in USA Today poll. Kellyn has held the role of Horticulture Manager since 2018. Her responsibilities include directly managing the day to day horticulture operations of 66 acres to ensure plant health, aesthetics, and safety. She directly manages 14 Horticulturists and assists with managing the arborist and irrigation team. She is a key member of the park’s Safety Committee and coordinates ongoing safety trainings for her team.
